CDN Maintenance

The maintenance has now been completed. Due to limitations with DigitalOcean, the CDN domain has been changed to cdn.truewinter.net. Requests to cdn.truewinter.dev will redirect to the new domain. Furthermore, truewinter.net has HSTS enabled and is pending for the preload list.
